Location: 500 E. Main Street, Branford CT Work Schedule: M-F, very
light call Scheduled Hours: 40, 36 clinical/4 admin, 4 day work

Highlights: Busy, collegial practice of 3 physicians and 2 APRN,
1:1 provider to support staff model Seeking additional provider due

to apply BC/BE Required 36 Patient Hours/Week, 4 admin time,
four-day work week available 16-20ppd with light, shared phone-call
responsibilities with regional group EMR: EPIC, AI scribe service
imbedded Academic/Clinical Affiliate of Yale University School of

5 sick days, 5 days CME w/stipend Base Salary $290K , two-year
