Job Description:
Job Description Seeking BE/BC OBGYN Hospitalist to join talented
team near Raleigh, NC. Highlights: Provide direct inpatient care to
obstetric and gynecological patients, including labor and delivery
management, postpartum care, and emergency obstetric care and
gynecological emergencies. Respond to OB emergencies, including but
not limited to, managing high-risk pregnancies, obstetric
hemorrhages, and complications of labor and delivery. Work
collaboratively with the maternity care team, including midwives,
nurses and anesthesia anesthesiologists, and other specialists, to
ensure optimal patient outcomes. Conduct inpatient consultations in
gynecology and participate in the management of complex
gynecological cases. Provide patient education on prenatal and
postnatal care, family planning, and reproductive health. Adhere to
all institutional policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure
patient safety and quality of care. Take part in quality assurance
audits, including continuing education, and peer review.
Participate in continuing education and training to keep abreast of
current developments in the industry. Provider run unit simulations
