Monitor patient health and update records with current findings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Communicate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimum care. Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as dressing wounds, changing bandages, and inserting catheters. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare maintenance. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in clinical techniques Ability to work responsibly and empathetically with diverse patient populations Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. CPR certification recommended.
