What You'll Do: Oversee all nursing operations, clinical services, and care delivery Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical protocols Collaborate with administrators, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor quality indicators, audits, and performance improvement plans Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Participate in surveys, inspections, and quality assurance programs What You'll Need: Active, unencumbered Connecticut RN licensure Prior supervisory experience in a senior living environment Prior experience as an ADON or DON Active CPR certification Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance High school education or equivalent Benefits Available for Qualified Positions: Comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, company-funded Life Insurance, and optional STD, LTD, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage.
