Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional
patient care across our facility-based and home-based services. As
a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will play a critical
role in managing patient recovery, supporting post-acute services
that meet our high standards of care. You will have the opportunity
to work collaboratively within a patient-focused, outcome-oriented
team, utilizing the latest in healthcare technology and practices
to make a measurable difference in patient outcomes. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for individual patients.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
treatments, and health maintenance. Maintain up-to-date patient
records and report any significant patient status changes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive
patient outcomes. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
using healthcare technology and electronic health records Ability
to work effectively in high-pressure situations Knowledge of safety
and infection control standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice BLS/ACLS Certification required
