Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our dynamic team, delivering high-quality patient care across our
home-based and facility-based services. As one of the leading

requires clinical expertise, compassionate patient interaction, and
rigorous adherence to healthcare protocols to effectively manage
patient health and recovery. You will collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to tailor healthcare interventions and
contribute valuably to patient treatment planning and execution.
Assess patient conditions by monitoring vital signs, administering
medications, and maintaining records. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to plan and implement comprehensive patient care
plans. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention
and health maintenance. Maintain a safe and clean working
environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Ensure the continuity of care by documenting and communicating
actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Strong clinical
skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in
electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification.
