In this pivotal role, you will manage patient care in a compassionate and efficient manner, ensuring all treatments are administered correctly and effectively according to our standards of excellence. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care according to standards with a focus on post-acute settings. Administer medications, maintain patient records and monitor for side effects or complications. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to streamline the efficiency of patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatments and post-acute care procedures. Maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs of patients. Participate in the development of patient management plans and contribute to department cleanliness and safety. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Knowledge of medical software and computer literacy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent ARNP certification beneficial but not mandatory
