Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care across various inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will work closely with patients recovering from a range of conditions, implementing treatment plans that promote their ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Evaluate patients' condition and develop appropriate physical intervention plans. Implement patient therapy plans that focus on mobility, pain reduction, and the prevention of disabilities. Consult with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on treatments and home exercises. Proven ability to manage multiple patient needs and adapt to varied health conditions. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient with physical therapy software and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state license as a Physical Therapist. CPR certified.
