Job Description:

PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital rehabilitation, is seeking a Certified Lymphedema Therapist with additional qualifications as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in assisting patients through intensive and personalized rehabilitation programs aimed at promoting independence after adverse health events such as surgeries, injuries, or illnesses. The ideal candidate will bring a compassionate approach and proven expertise in both general rehabilitation and specialized lymphedema treatment, ensuring comprehensive care that aligns with our commitment to helping patients reclaim their lives. Implement personalized rehabilitation programs for patients suffering from lymphedema and other conditions, Evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, Educate patients and families about treatment plans and self-care techniques, Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care, Maintain accurate patient records and documentation compliant with legal and professional standards. Expertise in lymphedema management and relevant therapeutic techniques, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to design and execute effective rehabilitation programs, Proficiency in using medical software for patient management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) required, Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT).
