Job Description:

Cedar Ridge Center, a proud member of the Genesis HealthCare family, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Unit Manager, RN, to oversee the daily operations of our care units. Located in a community-focused setting, Cedar Ridge Center provides high-quality medical care and rehabilitation services, tailored to the unique needs of each patient with a focus on restoring strength and enhancing mobility. In this role, you will manage the nursing staff, ensure compliance with all regulations, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. Oversee the nursing staff and manage daily operations within the unit. Develop and implement standards of care and ensure compliance with state health and safety regulations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary health teams to provide patient-centered care. Manage patient care planning and implementation based on individual assessments. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure adherence to clinical protocols. Handle administrative duties, including budgeting and patient records management. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations Proficient in clinical software and healthcare technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
