In this role, you will support our dynamic team of therapists by preparing treatment areas, managing equipment, and assisting patients during their rehabilitation sessions. Located across 42 states, our facilities focus on post-acute services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and fostering a supportive environment for both recovery and professional growth. Prepare and maintain physical therapy treatment areas and equipment Assist therapists in the delivery of patient care services Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and documenting patient progress Educate patients and families on treatment plans and therapy goals Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Assist in the assessment of patient needs and therapy program adjustments Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and equipment Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment Physical stamina to assist and support patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification as a Rehabilitation Technician is preferred but not required. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.
