Job Description:

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Therapist (RNT) to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. We are a leading provider of integrated healthcare services, specialized in post-acute care across 42 states. In this role, you will be crucial in delivering excellent patient care in facility-based and home-based settings, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of nursing and therapy practices, along with a compassionate approach to patient care. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Liaise with healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment. Support patient and family on recovery, promoting independence and understanding of their condition. Proficient in clinical assessments Ability to manage multiple patient cases Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certified Additional certification in physical therapy or a related field is advantageous.
