Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Therapist (RNT) to join our team, providing superior integrated healthcare services across 42 states. Our RNTs are critical to our mission of delivering high-quality, post-acute rehabilitation services with a focus on patient-centered outcomes. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement therapeutic plans tailored to the needs of patients recovering from a range of severe medical conditions. This position requires a compassionate approach and a steadfast commitment to excellence in healthcare. Evaluate patient conditions and establish treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Implement therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs and monitor outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and preventive care. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and recovery processes. Document patient care services accurately and ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in using healthcare software for patient management Capability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy and techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR and BLS certification Certification in rehabilitation nursing (CRRN) preferred
