Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Therapist to join our innovative healthcare team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, integrated care to patients in a post-acute setting. Our Registered Nurse Therapists are pivotal in implementing patient-specific treatment plans, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate recovery and enhance the quality of life for our patients. This position demands a compassionate professional with excellent clinical skills and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Develop and implement patient-specific care plans based on assessments and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide direct nursing care according to the standards of the practice and organization. Educate patients and families on post-acute care processes and plans. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' status. Collaborate with team members to facilitate holistic care. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities. Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on patient assessments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team Proficient in using healthcare information technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current registered nurse license in the state of practice BLS certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
