Paramount Rehabilitation Centers, a leader in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our mission to deliver exceptional care in sports medicine, pre/post surgical rehab, and aquatic therapy. This position requires a compassionate professional with excellent patient care skills who thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. As an LPN at Paramount, you will work closely with our team of physical therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients during their recovery journey. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within an outpatient setting. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to the supervising registered nurse or physician. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care. Check vital signs and perform necessary medical procedures such as injections, wound care, and medication administration. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Proficiency in managing multiple patient care assignments simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competency in performing routine nursing procedures. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current LPN license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or ability to obtain. Optional: Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) is a plus but not required.
