Job Description:

Paramount Rehabilitation Centers, a leader in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, is seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will support our mission to provide top-notch rehabilitation services including sports medicine, pre/post surgical rehab, and aquatic therapy. You will work closely with a team of physical therapists and healthcare professionals to assist in the delivery of care and ensure patients achieve the best possible recovery outcomes. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within the scope of outpatient services provided by Paramount Rehabilitation Centers. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to the supervising medical professional in a timely manner. Maintain accurate patient health records and document nursing care and services. Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans, coordinating with physical therapists and other staff as needed. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, medications, and health maintenance. Comply with all safety and infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Proficiency in administering medications and performing treatment procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, family members, and team members. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of basic rehabilitation and therapy practices. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in the state of practice. CPR/BLS certification.
