As an ideal candidate, you will possess a robust background in physical therapy methodologies and an unwavering commitment to patient care. Evaluate patients' needs and establish effective therapy plans. Administer manual exercises, facilitate activities for motor recovery, and educate on pain management techniques. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records according to professional standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to tailor treatments for individual patient needs. Continuously assess and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary. Expertise in designing comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to operate standard physical therapy equipment. Proficient in patient and medical software for thorough documentation. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist state licensure. CPR certified. Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
