Job Description:

Texas, is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse
Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated team. This role involves
providing top-tier anesthesia care in various clinical settings,
ensuring patient safety and embracing the latest in medical
practices and technologies. As a CRNA at The Delta Companies, you
will work within an innovative staffing model, offering both locum

aspirations and lifestyle preferences. Administer anesthesia and
anesthesia-related care before, during, and after surgical,
therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetrical procedures. Monitor and
adjust patient care plans based on surgery requirements and
individual patient needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to
ensure effective patient management throughout preoperative,
intraoperative, and postoperative stages. Document and maintain
accurate medical records for all treatments and communications.
Stay updated with advancements in anesthesia technology and
techniques to improve patient outcomes. Expertise in administering
general, regional, and local anesthetics. Strong analytical skills
to interpret diagnostic tests. Ability to handle high-stress
situations while maintaining patience and precision. Excellent
communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and
healthcare professionals. Proficiency in electronic medical record
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Nurse Anesthetist certification through the
National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse
Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Current RN license valid in the state of
Texas or eligible for reciprocity.
