be considered. A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a contract
position in a school setting located in Camden, ME. This role
involves providing dedicated one-on-one nursing care to a male high
school student with complex medical needs. The student requires
assistance due to epilepsy, mobility challenges, and dysphagia, and
support includes toileting and managing health conditions
throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities: - Provide
one-on-one nursing care to a male high school student with
epilepsy, mobility issues, and swallowing difficulties. - Assist
with toileting and mobility support as needed. - Manage and monitor
the students health conditions during the school day. - Safely
supervise and accompany the student during bus rides. - Complete
additional nursing duties assigned by the school on days when the
student is absent to ensure consistent workflow. Qualifications: -
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required. - Experience in school
nursing or working with students with complex medical needs
preferred. - Competence in managing epilepsy, mobility assistance,
and dysphagia. - Ability to support toileting and maintain student
safety. - Comfortable and able to accompany the student on school
bus transport. - Strong communication and documentation skills.
