Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray /n/n Job Details: /n • Position patients on examining table and adjust immobilization devices to obtain optimum views of specified body areas /n• Must be capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures /n• Move radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment into specified positions and adjust equipment controls for exposure factors /n• Operate film processing equipment and mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment in operating rooms, emergency rooms, or at patient bedside /n• Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff /n• Must have 1 years of current X-Ray Tech experience in hospital setting /n• Must be proficient with fluoroscopy, digital radiography, portables, and OR c-arm /n• Must have experience working with all age groups /n• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required if needed/scheduled /n• No on-call responsibilities /n• Ability to prioritize and organize daily workflow with excellent oral and written communication skills /n• Basic computer skills required /n• Required certifications: NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy, BLS, ARRT /n• Must have own vehicle as this is a small community without public transport /n• Dress code: Hospital blue scrubs (provided), business casual with lab coat, or basic plain personal scrubs with closed toe shoes and hair pulled back if longer than shoulder length /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical imaging and radiation therapy services to the community.
