Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown (Nights) Location: Keene, NH Start Date: March 30, 2026 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Hours: 48 Hours/Week Weekend: Every Other Weekend Holiday Rotation On-Call: None EMR: Epic Job Description Seeking an experienced Stepdown RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients. RN will coordinate total patient care, participate in patient and family education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice. This position will float to Kingsbury as needed. Required Qualifications - Active NH RN License (or Compact) – In hand - AHA BLS & ACLS - Minimum 2 years Med-Surg experience - Cardiac drip experience - Dementia management experience - Epic EMR experience - Own transportation required (no local travelers within 50 miles) Strongly Preferred: NIHSS Certification About 3B Healthcare Inc.
