Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from
accredited schools approved by the APTA - Active State License is
Required to Start the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be
Required from AHA or ARC - Current Physical Therapy licensure in
the state of practice - Current CPR certification - Must have a
current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a
