seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Radiology & Vascular Access
Nurse to join our team. This role provides high-quality nursing
care to both inpatient and outpatient populations within the
Radiology Department. The nurse must be prepared to manage
unexpected emergencies that may arise across multiple imaging
modalities. Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive
nursing care to patients undergoing radiologic procedures, ensuring
safety and comfort. The nurse will assist in administering sedation
as needed, while closely monitoring patient responses and vital
signs. Responding swiftly to emergency situations, including
contrast reactions and procedural complications, is essential.
Collaboration with radiologists, technologists, and
multidisciplinary teams ensures seamless patient care. The role
includes providing vascular access support across the organization,
serving patients from newborns to centenarians. The nurse will
insert and assess short peripheral IV catheters. Utilizing
ultrasound guidance for IV placement enhances precision and patient
comfort. Proper care, management, and compliance of midlines and
PICCs will be ensured. Acting as a resource and expert in vascular
access, the nurse will ensure optimal device selection for
