About the Opportunity Provide high-quality critical care as an ICU
RN on nights in a 4-bed Intensive Care Unit. This travel nursing
role is ideal for experienced critical care nurses (ICU RNs) who
are comfortable with ventilator management, intubation assistance,
and hemodynamic monitoring. EPIC EMR is used for documentation. Job

- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:30 PM – 7:00 AM) — Night Shift ICU RN -
Hours per Week: 36 (every other weekend required) - Estimated
Weekly Pay: $2,130–$2,250 per week - Float Requirements: May float
to Med Surg / Telemetry as needed (medical-surgical, telemetry
experience valuable) - Call Requirements: None (may occasionally be
offered call) - EMR: EPIC - Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2 typical for
adult ICU patients (18) Qualifications / Job Requirements - Active
RN license (must be valid for assignment in Maine) - BLS and ACLS
certifications required - Minimum 1 year recent ICU / critical care
experience required (3–5 years preferred) - Experience with
intubation assistance, ventilator management, and care of
critically ill/unstable adult patients - Ability to float to Med
Surg / Telemetry units as needed - CCRN and PACU experience
preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail,
compassion, dependability, and ability to work independently and as
part of a critical care team Responsibilities / What You'll Do -
Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult ICU patients (18) with a
1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio - Assist with intubation and perform
ventilator management and adjustments per protocol - Perform
hemodynamic monitoring and coordinate care for critically ill and
unstable patients - Administer medications, manage central lines,
and assist with post-anesthesia recovery as needed - Document
nursing assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
in EPIC EMR - Float to Med Surg / Telemetry units when required and
maintain flexibility across units - Adhere to hospital policies,
procedures, and dress code (scrubs required; no hoodies or graphic
