Job Description:

services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role is pivotal in
providing top-notch care and supporting the daily operational needs
of our healthcare facilities. As a CNA at Genesis HealthCare, you
will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver clinical
excellence and enhance the quality of life for our patients and
residents. Provide patients with routine daily nursing care in
accordance with their care plans Record vital signs, such as
temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as
directed by medical or nursing staff Communicate effectively with
patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Assist in
the transport of patients and provide mobility assistance as needed
Maintain clean and organized patient areas Adhere to safety and
health regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle physical workload Empathy and the ability to care
for the patient's needs Basic understanding of patient care and
safety Ability to follow health and safety guidelines diligently
