Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager / Registered
Nurse (RN) for our Hospice division, to oversee nursing operations
and ensure the provision of exceptional care to patients with
life-limiting illnesses. The role requires strategic leadership,
high clinical standards, and a compassionate approach to patient
and family support. This critical position will directly influence
patient care outcomes and staff development within one of the
leading home health care providers. Manage clinical operations and
maintain high standards of patient care. Lead, mentor, and support
nursing staff to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and
local regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare
teams to create customized care plans. Conduct continuous
performance and quality assessments to improve service delivery.
Maintain documentation of patient care services by auditing
records. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical
compliance and quality assurance Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a high-pressure environment Compassionate and
patient-centered approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing (CHPN)
