Sunrise Senior Living seeks a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Director-RN who will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and health care services for our residents across various units including assisted living, independent living, and memory care. In this pivotal role, the director will manage nursing staff, develop care plans tailored to individual needs, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. This position offers an opportunity to lead a team committed to providing residents with top-quality personalized care in a nurturing environment. Oversee the delivery of clinical and health care services across all units Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, and provide training and development opportunities Develop and implement resident care plans in line with individual needs Ensure the health care services are compliant with all regulations Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the health care team Monitor and manage the budget for healthcare services Continuously assess and improve care standards and protocols Comprehensive knowledge of nursing and residential care facility practices and procedures Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective care plans Proficiency in healthcare regulation and medical laws Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license CPR certification preferred Additional certification in geriatric nursing or health care administration is beneficial
