Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Wellness Nurse/RN Designee who
will uphold our philosophy of individualized care by monitoring
resident health, coordinating with doctors, and implementing care
plans. This role bridges the gap between the medical and personal
needs of our residents, ensuring that they live full and healthy
lives under our care. Monitor and assess resident health status and
overall wellbeing Coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers,
and families to implement resident care plans Administer medication
and maintain accurate health records Respond to medical emergencies
and provide on-site first aid Educate residents and their families
on health maintenance and disease prevention Participate in
continuous improvement of nursing practices and healthcare
outcomes. Expertise in geriatric nursing and healthcare Strong
assessment and diagnostic skills Efficient in medical software and
EMR systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven
ability to handle medical emergencies Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license CPR and BLS certification Knowledge of or
certification in geriatric nursing is an advantage
