Job Description Job Summary: Position Summary: The Operations
Clinical Lead works under a Manager, Operational Specialist, or
Director and functions in a lead capacity for a group of clinical
employees. The lead must work in support of the daily operations
and associated projects and assignments and is responsible for
scheduling and controlling the daily work arrangements for a group
of clinical employees. Under the direction of the Manager,
Operational Specialist, or Director of Operations, the lead
provides oversight of the day-to-day aspects of a group of clinical
employees within an assigned IMG provider practice. This position
is responsible for scheduling and controlling the daily working
arrangements of staff and monitoring the clinical
protocols/workflows. The Practice Operational lead is responsible
for clinical staff competencies, training, education and quality
maintenance. This role will help ensure the necessary resources are
available to support optimal clinical practice. This position also
provides clinical project support for their assigned practice(s),
which includes data gathering, work-group participation and
facilitation. The position will support process improvement-related
projects and partner with practice managers frequently to identify
and address gaps in the process and improve workflows. This role
combines the clinical and business aspects of healthcare to ensure
the departments are running efficiently and provide quality patient
care. Education: Associates (Certificate or diploma) MA
Certification Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience
required. The starting rate for this position is $22.63. The rate
of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the
