Administer nursing care in accordance with patient treatment plans.
Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement,
or evaluate patient care plans. Monitor all aspects of patient
care, including diet and physical activity. Manage patient records
and produce updates to ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations. Assist patients with daily activities, such as
dressing, bathing, and eating. Educate patients and their families
on disease prevention and health maintenance. Proficiency in
administering medication and providing various treatments. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain
accurate and detailed reports and records. Experience with
electronic health records. High level of patience, empathy, and
compassion. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in
the state of practice. CPR certification. IV certification
preferred.
