HORIZON PROGRAM We are seeking a physician with a passion for
innovation and team development to join the Horizon Program. This
role is ideal for physicians interested in expanding their
influence, improving care delivery, and contributing to

clinical and leadership responsibilities. About the Horizon Program
The Horizon Program provides a complete range of quality medical
and social services to all identified HIV-positive persons in
central and mid-coast Maine. This includes the Horizon Clinic -
one-stop access to primary care, mental health services, case
managers, and others - offering an easy way to meet many needs and
to get questions answered all at once, saving time, energy and
expense. We offer case management services for people with HIV or
AIDS. We are looking for a physician who: Demonstrates curiosity,
professionalism, and a collaborative approach Is committed to
evidence-based medicine and continuous improvement Values a strong
team culture, communication and psychological safety Is seeking
growth beyond a purely clinical role Exhibits leadership potential,
emotional intelligence, and integrity Qualifications MD or DO Board
certified or Board eligible Demonstrated interest in leadership ,
quality improvement, or systems-based work Strong communication and
