Summary: Ref : M-LEAD-293908 Profession: Leadership Specialty: Charge Nurse - LTC Job Type: Contract/Travel Start Date: ASAP Location: Bangor, ME Shift Schedule: Mon-Thu; 6:30a-5p Shift Type: Days Rate: $2,196/40-hours Requirements: Active RN license in the practicing state. Experience in long-term care nursing and leadership roles preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. BLS required; supervisory or management certifications preferred. Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts. Monitor resident care and ensure adherence to care plans. Respond to clinical emergencies and escalate issues as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
