behavioral health organization, is seeking a Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible Inpatient Psychiatrist to join their expanding team
in Durham, Connecticut. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for
a dedicated psychiatrist looking to provide high-quality mental
health care within a structured inpatient setting. Durham is a
classic New England town known for its scenic beauty, peaceful
residential neighborhoods, and strong sense of community. Located

Qualifications: - Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited
institution - Completion of an accredited residency in Psychiatry -
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry - Eligible for or
currently hold a Connecticut medical license - Must be eligible to
participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal/state
healthcare programs Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive
psychiatric evaluations and treatment for patients - Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans - Monitor patient progress
and adjust care plans as needed - Work collaboratively with
multidisciplinary clinical teams, including nursing, social work,
and therapy staff - Participate in treatment team meetings and case
reviews - Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the
electronic medical record (EMR) system - Maintain compliance with
