Job Description Endocrinologist opening in CTLocated in Norwalk, 50m to New YorkFull Time PositionOverview:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Endocrinologist to join our medical team in Wilton and Norwalk, CT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care for patients with a variety of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, metabolic disorders, and other related diseases. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal issues, osteoporosis, and metabolic conditions.Develop personalized treatment plans and manage long-term care for patients with chronic endocrine diseases.Perform patient evaluations, including physical exams, lab tests, and imaging studies.Provide education to patients about disease management, medications, and lifestyle changes.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care.Stay current with the latest research, treatment modalities, and advancements in endocrinology.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.Requirements:MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Fellowship-trained and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Endocrinology.Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Connecticut.Strong communication skills and ability to build patient relationships.At least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical endocrinology practice preferred.Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.Connecticut Lifestyle:-Connecticut's convenient location allows easy access to major cities like New York and Boston while maintaining a high quality of life with low crime rates and beautiful, welcoming suburban neighborhoods-The state has excellent educational institutions, from top-ranked public schools to prestigious universities and boasts a strong job market, particularly in finance, healthcare, and technology.-Residents enjoy the states rich history and culture, with numerous museums, theaters, and historic sites along with a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, and boating.
