facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist
to join a dedicated and collaborative behavioral health team in
Shelton, CT . This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a

provide diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and

Position Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric
evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans. - Provide
ongoing medication management and supportive psychotherapy. -
Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, nurses, and primary
care providers to ensure continuity of care. - Maintain accurate
and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. -
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement
initiatives. - Promote preventive mental health strategies and
community wellness efforts. Qualifications - Education: MD or DO
degree from an accredited institution. - Licensure & Certification:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry; eligible for
Connecticut medical licensure. - Experience: Previous clinical
experience preferred, but new graduates and residents are welcome
