Job Description:

Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in
Keene, NH. As part of our nursing team, you will play a critical
role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a
setting focused on recovery, healing, and long-term care. This
position requires excellent clinical skills, compassionate patient
interaction, and the ability to function efficiently in a
collaborative environment. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
or disabled patients Monitor and adjust patient care plans based on
assessments and consultations Maintain accurate patient records and
report any inconsistencies Implement infection control standards
Guide and mentor nursing assistants and other junior staff Ensure
compliance with state and federal regulations Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting Ability to operate standard medical
and nursing equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Detailed knowledge of infection control protocols Capable of
conducting physical assessments Adept at maintaining accurate
