providers serving across 18 office locations throughout the
Hartford area, and are currently seeking a visionary clinician to
join our Enfield office, offering the rare combination of true

sophisticated, adult and geriatric-focused panel. Clinical Autonomy
& Sophisticated Scope: Manage a panel of adult and geriatric
patients utilizing generous appointment blocks to ensure thorough,
