Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic
team. We provide high-quality rehabilitation services tailored to
the individual needs of each patient at various healthcare
facilities. In this role, you will work under the supervision of
our physical therapists to implement targeted therapy plans that
help patients regain or improve their mobility and manage pain.
Implement therapy plans designed by the physical therapist,
adjusted to the needs of each patient. Assist patients in
performing specific exercises as part of the plan of care. Observe
and document patient progress, reporting any changes or updates to
the supervising physical therapist. Educate patients and their
families about their conditions and what they can do to improve
their health. Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring
equipment is set up and stored properly. Participate in patient
assessments and team meetings to discuss treatment plans. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed
instructions and a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of
therapeutic techniques and practices. Physical stamina and
dexterity to assist patients with their exercises. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical
Therapist Assistant state license. CPR certification may also be
required.
