Job Description Neurology opening in MaineLocated in Biddeford, MEFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join practice. General and/or Subspecialty interests to join our well-established practice This position is primarily outpatient with minimal inpatient consultation coverage which is supported by experienced APPs. Call coverage is one week per month, consisting of weekday 8am-5pm call coverage of the hospital in coordination with the APPs and after-hours and weekend coverage of the hospital and ER by phone only. There is no in-person after-hours hospital coverage expected. The hospital has a telestroke service that is staffed separately. As our Neurology practice is a consultative practice, after-hours calls for ambulatory patients are managed by primary care. Location:Biddeford is a city in York County, Maine, United States. It is the principal commercial center of York County. The population was 21,277 at the 2010 census.
