Board-Certified or Board-Eligible – Family Medicine - Eligible for
Connecticut Medical License – Unrestricted licensure required -
Experience Preferred – 2 years of outpatient practice (not
required) - Comfortable with EMRs – Athena EMR experience is a plus
- Strong Communication Skills – Team-oriented and patient-focused
