registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience

be considered. A Registered Nurse (RN) skilled in Operating Room
nursing plays a vital role in delivering individualized,
high-quality, and safe patient care within a dynamic perioperative
environment. This position operates within an interdisciplinary
team guided by professional nursing standards and evidence-based
practices, ensuring patient-centered outcomes aligned with ethical
nursing principles. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive
nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning,
implementation, and evaluation of care using evidence-based
practices tailored to individual patient needs. Deliver culturally
sensitive, relationship-based care that engages patients and their
families in care planning and decision-making. Collaborate
effectively with healthcare teams to ensure safe, quality care and
maintain timely, accurate documentation. Participate actively in
performance improvement, research initiatives, and shared
governance to enhance patient safety and care quality. Serve as a
mentor and preceptor to support professional development among
nursing staff and students. Uphold all organizational and
regulatory policies, maintaining compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required;
Bachelors degree preferred. Current RN license in the applicable
state (single or multi-state compact). Certification in Basic Life
Support (BLS) required at hire. Less than one year of nursing
experience acceptable; clinical hours completed during nursing
education. Strong critical thinking, communication, interpersonal,
and time-management skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced
environments and respond effectively to emergencies. Proficient
with clinical technology and basic computer skills. Shift &
Location: Day shift: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with
on-call responsibilities. Position located in Woodstock, GA.
