be considered. An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse
specializing in Operating Room care to support perioperative
patients with comprehensive, patient-centered nursing services.
This role emphasizes collaborative interdisciplinary teamwork to
deliver individualized, evidence-based care that prioritizes
patient safety and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform
the full nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning,
implementation, and evaluation of patient care using evidence-based
practices. Deliver culturally sensitive, relationship-based care
tailored to patient population needs and goals. Collaborate
effectively with interdisciplinary teams through rounds,
documentation, and clear communication. Participate actively in
quality improvement initiatives, shared governance, and
evidence-based research to enhance care standards. Serve as a
preceptor or mentor to nursing staff and support professional
development and competency maintenance. Ensure compliance with
healthcare policies, regulatory requirements, and safety goals.
Support efficient use of resources and contribute to protocol
development aimed at improving patient outcomes. Qualifications and
Experience: Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing required;
Bachelors Degree preferred. Active RN license (single state or
multi-state compact) in good standing. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required upon hire. Completion of accredited nursing
program with clinical hours. Less than 1 year of direct patient
care experience is acceptable. Strong critical thinking, time
management, and communication skills essential. Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
professionally. Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift from 6:45 AM
to 3:15 PM with call responsibilities. Location: Woodstock, GA, is
