and efficient for the communities we serve. Role Description This
is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist position located in Bangor, ME.
The Pharmacist will oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations,
including dispensing medications accurately, counseling patients on
proper medication use, and ensuring adherence to healthcare
regulations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with
healthcare providers, maintaining accurate patient records,
monitoring and ensuring medicinal safety protocols, and managing
inventory. The Pharmacist will contribute to ensuring excellent
customer service while meeting the healthcare needs of the local
community. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of
pharmaceuticals, medication management, and dispensing practices;
expertise in Long-term Care Pharmacy is a plus. Strong
communication and customer service skills to effectively interact
with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Proficiency in
pharmacy operations such as inventory management, specialized
packaging, and familiarity with pharmacy software systems.
Understanding of regulatory compliance standards and best practices
in pharmacy care. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or RPh degree from an
accredited School of Pharmacy and a valid Pharmacist license in the
State of Maine. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with
attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
