Job Description: Only 32 patient hours required (Weekends not required) Provide high-quality dermatology care to patients in both medical and cosmetic dermatology settings Perform dermatological procedures, including Mohs surgery, as needed Collaborate with experienced leadership and support staff to ensure excellent patient care Uphold our mission to deliver the ultimate patient experience by prioritizing short wait times, convenient appointment scheduling, and easy access to care Utilize the latest technologies and equipment to provide cutting-edge treatments and services Participate in advanced training programs and educational opportunities provided by the company Comp/Benefits Info: Highly competitive compensation model Base Salary: $400,000 Productivity 40% Sign-on bonus (depending on location and length of contract - $50,000) 20 PTO days year 1 5 CME days Comprehensive health benefits package, including 401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts Flexible scheduling options available Access to experienced leadership and support staff Recognition and rewards programs Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive work environment
