opportunity to lead pharmacy operations in a behavioral health
setting, providing essential medication management and pharmacy
leadership. The position requires strong clinical skills for
inpatient pharmacy services and leadership acumen to support both
operational and strategic pharmacy functions. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Director of Pharmacy (DOP) with potential to act as
Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Manage inpatient pharmacy services in a
behavioral health environment Attend and contribute to
multidisciplinary meetings Oversee medication stocking and
ordering, including managing Omnicell automation system Perform
pharmacy functions including order verification during on-call
hours Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures Lead
new startup pharmacy development and initial setup tasks
Requirements: Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license Experience in
inpatient pharmacy settings; behavioral health experience highly
preferred Familiarity with EPIC order entry system; onsite training
available Experience with Omnicell automation system preferred,
with training provided if needed Ability to work independently with
no pharmacy tech support Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to
3:30 PM plus on-call coverage Weekend order verification remotely
twice daily (9:00 AM and 9:00 PM) for approximately one hour each
time Dress Code: Scrubs or business casual attire This is a
contract position covering until a permanent Director of Pharmacy
is hired, starting as soon as possible. Candidates interested in
