registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered
Nurse with a strong background in Operating Room care, specifically
within Gynecology and Genitourinary specialties. This contract role
calls for an experienced professional with at least three years of
Level 1 Trauma training and expertise in advanced surgical
techniques and patient populations ranging from pediatrics to
geriatrics. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional perioperative
nursing care for procedures including Robotics (Da Vinci Xi),
PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies,
Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a Level
One Trauma Center environment. Manage complex cases across a 26-bed
unit with a 1:1 patient ratio, utilizing advanced equipment such as
Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems. Participate
in call rotations, including overnight trauma calls, and maintain
flexibility in scheduling per specialty team requirements.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum of 2 years of
Operating Room nursing experience; 3 years preferred. Level 1
trauma experience is essential. CNOR certification preferred.
Comfortable with high-acuity cases across various specialties
including General Surgery, GU/GYN, Orthopedic Trauma, Neurosurgery,
ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular. Ability to
work flexible hours, demonstrate accountability, punctuality, and
effective teamwork. Schedule and Assignment Details: Shift: 7:00 AM
to 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week. Guaranteed 36 hours per
week. Weekend rotation: 1 in 4 weekends. Contract duration: 13
