Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maine Physical Therapy license required prior to start. BLS/CPR certification required (AHA or ARC). Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Experience in Home Health settings preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records and use standard home care equipment. Ability to manage a geographically dispersed caseload and coordinate care in community settings. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital (home health division). Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1600. Weekend expectation: Includes some weekends with compensatory days. Weekly hours: Approximately 36 hours per week. Call Requirements: No call required. Float Requirements: May be required to cover the local home health territory; travel to patient homes within the service area is expected.
