The PTA will support physical therapists in delivering rehabilitation treatments to help patients improve mobility and functional ability. This role involves working collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care and support positive rehabilitation outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing patient treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to patients Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist Document treatments and patient responses accurately Support patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic activities Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines Requirements Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Maine Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
