Bachelor's degree or above in Physical Therapy, driver's license,
car, auto insurance Description: ASAP start needed. Manager
interviews will be conducted. The facility is a Home Health office.
The unit will primarily involve working with adults but may
occasionally include school-aged children. Patient types include
post-ortho surgeries, post-surgeries, fall risks, deconditioning,
and mobility issues. Experience with these patient types is
required. The typical patient load is 20-25 patients per Physical
Therapist. Support within the department includes a scheduler and
leadership available via phone. Technology used will include an
electronic medical record system. The position may require covering
areas within the designated county and could involve traveling
between 50-100 miles per day. Scheduling includes weekend rotation
of 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks for both Saturday and Sunday. Holidays
are open for all major and minor holidays, with 50% of holidays in
the contract. Approval of time off requests will go through the
manager. Shift times are Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1700, with
flexibility for 4 10-hour shifts being considered. Dress code is
business casual or any solid-colored scrubs. Requirements Required
