Valid Maine Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS/CPR certification required (AHA or ARC acceptable). Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Experience in home health care is preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records. (Preferred EMR experience may be requested by the client.) Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital (Home Health division). Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1700. Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36. Schedule includes some weekends with compensatory days. Call Requirements: No. Float Requirements: May be required to float within organization home health locations.
